/ July 16, 2012If true, Clifton crediting the new hire with 11 years of service is worthy of further scrutiny. Especially considering that Clifton has led the BOCC in an effort to increase the amount of service time needed for health benefits. Interestingly, Clifton generated smoke in his previous positions and continues to do so here.
