/ March 8, 2019Good thoughts Nancy.
The announcement came as a surprise to many of us who live ‘within the zone’
Hopefully the town will encourage and invite feedback from the folks in the affected area – before making decisions on how to ‘promote development’

/ March 8, 2019Hi Nancy.
I was surprised that this area qualifies as low income.
Was the application made and the designation granted based on 2010 Census Data?
I’d be interested in seeing the actual data the town used when submitting the application
