/ February 13, 2017Any indication of how Cardinal reacted? I’ve just learned about them in the last week as a Guardian ad Litem.

/ February 14, 2017Cardinal wanted data to show the need for the service, understandable if they are going to invest significant money in it. Unfortunately, that will be hard to collect. Club Nova does not have a “waiting list”; the organization helps who it can and turns the rest away. Likewise the sheriff and police: People come into the system who could be diverted to the club if there were room, but law enforcement doesn’t keep records on whom they would refer but can’t due to the club being at capacity. Hence the large number of people who came to the meeting to give anecdotal testimony. Will that be sufficient for Cardinal? We’ll see.
