/ December 16, 2013Ha! Let’s celebrate the pure genius of the UNC ticketing office! The ticketing office is the new UNC department that teaches the benefits of a planned economy……The benefits of an oligarchy disguised as social democracy! This is textbook.
Did the ticketing office wait the extra 45 minutes to make sure enough students were in line to effectively punish those with a higher number? Meanwhile their decisions soaked (literally) the “Toys for Tots” that the early (more deserving) students brought as donations. Another fine example of critical thinking……Perhaps next the UNC ticketing office could offer betting odds on the number and a chance to watch the disappointment and misery on the new jumbotron! ……more bread and circuses.
I suspect that this result of this genius is to actually encourage people (at least the first 200 or so) to camp out even earlier.
At least we can still vote for the illusion of change,.
