/ February 5, 2013hopefully someone will point out that turning left from Estes onto East Franklin street routinely has cars backed up illegally into the middle of the road in front of and blocking the “future” intersection.
how will they handle all these folks who need to turn left onto East Franklin from Estes if there’s no longer space for them to queue

/ February 5, 2013The distance from East Franklin to Library Drive is more like 600 feet (200 yds) so there should be reasonable space to queue. I guess we’ll find out in a few months.
