/ January 28, 2013Thanks, Nancy – the Planning Board has indeed discovered the need for data to support the decision making process and I know that this is a concept that everyone in town can agree on! We all want the best future for Chapel Hill…economic stability, environmental stewardship, and affordability will all serve to make that happen.
The Planning Board prefers to not base its decisions on assumptions. Unfortunately, there is not yet a solid resource for the facts that support the 2020 vision. Luckily, Town Council itself recognizes the need for hard questions and reliable answers in planning for our Town.
