/ May 7, 2012The Unaffiliated ballot only has Amendment 1 on it and the Amendment is on the front of some ballots. Those who will be 18 by the General Election can only vote for things that will be on the ballot then, hence they CANNOT vote on Amendment 1.

/ May 7, 2012I believe the Unaffiliated voter can choose to vote a Libertarian, Republican, or Democrat primary ballot, if the Unaffliated voter wants to (just one of them).
