/ April 16, 2012I would be interested in learning whether anyone thinks this complex should not be annexed into the Town of Chapel Hill and, if so, why.

/ April 16, 2012There should be no controversy about annexing this development. It was developed meeting the LUMO standards and the comprehensive plan and has been built to all public road, water, sewer, open space standards. It is virtually in the commuter parking lot for those residents that would live, work, and play in Chapel Hill. Residents will use the transit system regularly. This is a very good example of medium density development at the corners of the Town that will support existing retail areas and transit.
