/ July 15, 2011Buying a Condo in Chapel Hill is a fool’s investment. Until the Town brings Carolina North and jobs for young professionals, the aging Baby Boomers will stay in the 3 and 4 bedroom houses around town that cost a lot less.
With the University layoffs that are coming, there will be crickets downtown other than students. And parents no longer view investing a condo for Muffy to live in at College as a wise investment.

/ July 15, 2011I find it amazing that the town of Chapel Hill hasn’t lifted a finger to promote the incredible possibilities of Carolina North. There is no greater economic development potential for all of us than CN. Let’s go, town leaders – come up with some ideas to help the University get that sucker off the ground!

/ July 16, 2011I missed your Matt Cz acolades in this post. I assume he was on the side of righteousness, true progress, and condo justice.
