/ May 6, 2010If the council had spine they would call the county and carrboro’s bluff and cut them off and let them keep the donation. Citizens in carrboro would be outraged at not being able to use the CH library – however, some of the council have already said publicly they won’t do it so they gave up their leverage. I can’t imagine people in carrboro settling for the mcdougal library or commuting to hillsborough and not voting out their alderpeople.
